• minimum 10 years experience
• good knowledge about porcelain, natural stone and mosaic tiles and how to use them
• surface preparation skills using appropriate tiling materials
• rendering and plastaring skills would be an advantage
• UTR number
• CITB card/certificate
• this position is available through a subcontractor contract depending on demand on the market
